In addition to the social contributions to Brazilian entities, Dresser-Rand Guascor counts on the help from partners who believe in diversity, inclusion and social integration as a means of developing people and society.

Borboleta Azul (Blue Butterfly) Project – stimulates social inclusion
The Project prepares young people who are cared for by the Association of Parents and Friends of Children with Disabilities of São Paulo (Apae-SP), encourages the social inclusion of disabled people in society and in the labor market, and promotes their adaptation to daily activities. In the expeditions organized by OBB, open-air activities are carried out which combine adventure and personal and professional development. The objective is to give the young people in question greater independence, security and awareness.
D-R Guascor, which has always supported inclusion, implemented the idea of bringing someone special into the company and hired one of the young people who took part in the expeditions.
